2010 The CRM Director of the Year Winner Statement:

"We are honored and privileged to receive the “Customer Relationship Excellence” award, presented by the “Asia Pacific Customer Service Consortium”, for the second consecutive year. What makes us especially proud is that two of our bank executives are being concurrently honored as “CRM Director of the Year” and “CRM Manager of the Year”. Being a customer-focused bank, we strive to continually enhance our services to exceed customers’ expectations. Our aim is to provide fast, friendly and accurate service whilst delivering holistic solutions to meet our customers’ financial needs. By focusing on building a long-term relationship with them, we believe this will lead to our customers recommending Standard Chartered Bank to their friends and colleagues.
